This tenant improvement project transformed a former café into a warm, stylish NERO Belgian waffle shop. The renovation focused on creating a visually appealing and highly functional space that reflects the brand’s identity. The finished interior exceeded client expectations, resulting in a successful new location that has been well received by customers.

Bump Physio

This project involved the renovation and expansion of Bump Physio, a physiotherapy clinic, to integrate a newly acquired space with the existing facility. The goal was to create a seamless, functional, and aesthetically cohesive environment that would support the clinic’s growing operations.

Sweet Talk

This project involved the design and transformation of Sweet Talk Donuts, a dual-purpose space in Port Moody. Spanning over 950 square feet, the goal was to create an environment that would seamlessly transition from a vibrant donut shop in the morning to a stylish cocktail bar in the evening.

Romer's Lynn Valley

Romer’s Burger Bar underwent a complete renovation, transforming the space into a modern, welcoming environment that blends style with functionality. Upgrades to the kitchen and dining areas improved efficiency and guest experience, while thoughtful design and finishes reflect the brand’s identity and create a stronger connection with the community.

Little Beans Play Cafe

An exciting, collaborative, and innovative space for kids and families that required creative ideas, executed on a tight timeline.

Koda Accounting

Saltire Contracting played a key role in the Koda Accounting office project in Port Moody. During initial meetings, Linda shared her vision for an aesthetically pleasing office within a defined budget, with design drawings provided by Cutler Design. As the project progressed, it became clear that the initial design would exceed budget expectations. Rather than redesigning the space, we implemented value engineering strategies and cost-saving measures. Working closely with Cutler Design and their engineering team, we adjusted the design to meet budget constraints while preserving the desired aesthetic. The result was a successful project that delivered both financial and design goals.

Inlet Seafoods

This project involved a renovation of the retail space for Inlet Seafoods in Port Moody. The owners, Marnie and Malcolm, approached us with a focus on clear communication and a structured, step-by-step plan outlining the scope and timeline.

Lens Crafters

This project was executed in phases, allowing the client to maintain operations in other segments of the store while construction took place. Due to the early days of COVID-19, additional health and safety measures were implemented to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. The completed LensCrafters space showcases a modern, functional design that enhances both the customer experience and operational efficiency. Specialized optometry rooms, high-end finishes, and advanced mechanical systems were integrated to create a top-tier environment that seamlessly blends retail and medical functions, ensuring a high-quality experience for both customers and staff.

Natural Factors

This project represents the largest undertaking for the team to date, successfully delivering a cutting-edge pharmaceutical production facility. The newly constructed 264,000 sq ft building was meticulously designed and tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements. The tenant improvement work transformed the space into a fully functional production facility, equipped with advanced systems and infrastructure to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The project highlights the team’s expertise in delivering large-scale, specialized facilities while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the entire process. The result is a state-of-the-art facility poised to meet the client’s operational needs.
