Fraser founded Saltire Contracting, an independent general contracting company offering

complete design-build services in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Formed in 2016 in Port Moody, Scott noticed an imperative need for an independent contractor

offering a more diverse range of services in both the commercial and industrial sectors. Since

then, Saltire Contracting has quickly gained a reputation for delivering unique, one-of-a-kind

designs on time and within budget.
